XO Bar |
XO BarXO Bar knows cognac, as evidenced by its collection of more than 69 varieties—the largest of any bar in the United States. Even its name is taken from Hennessy eXtra Old, created in 1870 for the family’s personal use. When you’re ready to splurge, the bartender will prepare XO’s most famous cocktail: Le Reve de Anges (the drink of angels), made with Hennessy Ellipse, a dash of Chambord and topped with Dom Perignon. A jazz trio entertains guests of XO Bar Tuesday through Saturday evenings. |
