Chef Michael Buard Executive Chef
Chef Michael recently joined the InterContinental Buckhead culinary team as the Executive Chef for Au Pied de Cochon. His vision of contemporary cuisine is that it should be abundant in flavour and feature fresh ingredients.
Prior to joining InterContinental Buckhead, Chef Michael was Executive Sous-Chef for Zest Restaurant at the InterContinental Chicago. Chef Michael's career spans over 16 years in international five star hotels and Michelin starred French restaurants in France, which includes the re-opening of the internationally renowned Cafe de la Paix in Paris in 2003 as Executive Sous-Chef.
Chef Michael received his education at CAP Employee de restaurant / BEP Hotellerie and is bilingual French-English, having resided in Paris. |
